Our personal training comes in various packages from 1 session up to 16 sessions. Some packages also include 24 hour gym access for free.
Online personal training
Our online personal training is another viable and affordable option. All online training packages include a free 24 hour gym membership.
No broad statements or cookie cutter programming. At the beginning of your personal training journey we conduct a full scale audit of your activity level, dietary habits, and your goals. We than look at positive changes that are particular to your goals, how you eat, and your activity level. Then set a training regiment to fit your session package and goals.
Consistency is key!
If you expect fast results, we are not for you. We work with you to make lasting changes, and that takes time. We truly understand differences between individuals, but more importantly: the physical training differences needed for males and females. Any trainer who trains you like "everyone" else, will not get you the results you want. Not only is there a physical difference (male/female), but also hormonal- and this is truer for females who are mothers and for males/females in their 30s, 40s, and beyond. Work with us and we will design your fitness regiment and push you to your limits.
