Cage and Ground- Mixed martial arts training
Sweat more, bleed less
Our Cage and Ground MMA program is the toughest program we have. It is strongly advised you have a foundation in both striking and grappling before attending. When you show up, be prepared to work- you will be working non-stop for the entire hour.
Classes 4 days a week
Classes are offered 4 days a week Monday through Saturday. Classes are only 60 minutes in length, focusing on specific striking setups for takedowns and takedown defenses, cage/wall controls and escapes, along with grappling controls and escapes.
Our MMA program is designed to bridge the gap between our Insurgent Striking and Insurgent Grappling martial arts, creating a cohesive art that prepares athletes for self defense situations and for the sport of MMA. Students are instructed in three main categories:
Strikes while standing to dominate your opponent and using strikes for taking the fight to the ground or stopping it from going to the ground.
Cage and Wall grappling focusing on controls and escapes to use the cage/wall to your advantage either offensively or defensively.
Wrestling movements focusing on pressure controls, pins, escapes, and includes Brazilian Jiu Jitsu offensive and defensive techniques.

Sometimes you win.
