Our Sauna and Cold plunge room is available as an addon service to any recurring/pre-paid membership. The cost to add is $50 /mth This service is not available for drop in, day pass, or week pass visitors.
Unlimited use
Once added, for only $50 /mth, the room is available to reserve 24 hours a day for an hour at the top of every hour. However, access to reserve your spot will be limited on your base membership- meaning if you have a limited access membership (BJJ only, Muay Thai only, Daylight hours only, etc), your reservation time must be within the limitations of your facility access.
You reserve your spot within our system app, once the membership has been applied to your account. You'll use the same QR code to access the facility to access the Sauna and Cold plunge room.

Our Sauna is a Dynamic Barcelona Ultra Low EMF FAR infrared Sauna. Unlike traditional rock and water saunas (which heat at or over 200F and do not penetrate your skin), the infrared sauna operates at a lower and safer 130F. In fact, our sauna operate most effectively at 120F (but can be increased to 150F) thus allowing you to enjoy the sauna longer and maximize all potential health benefits.
Combine our Sauna with our Cold Plunge with its own powerful cooling, filtration, and sanitation system and you get the best of two worlds. Our cold plunge is regularly monitored to give you cold, clean water whenever you want it, making it far superior to any ice bath or chest freezer. Our Cold Plunge is clean, safe, and the water stays at a consistent 48F (unlike other places, you do not need to wait for the water to cool).
